Sanzoku - Bane of the Rich (Prototype)

This project was done to experiment with the use of AI within a game setting. It has up until this point despite bugs and issues been my most successful project thus far. I created a working stealth system. 

⚜The Game⚜

You are a thief, you must steal all the gold while avoiding the samurai guards, that's as simple as it needs to be. Do not be caught. 

Loot

The rich have kept their hordes for too long, you have waited, you have planned. Now most of their samurai are away to fight, this is your chance. Bleed them dry. 

Avoid

The few samurai left will not tolerate any bandits, do not be detected or they will surely have your head.

Survive

Take what you need, hide, run, honour is for the nobles and you are no noble.

⚜Mechanics⚜

Stealth based gameplay - hide from sight of the guards who patrol the street, hide in houses, behind the common folk, and keep away from them at all costs. They will chase you, attack you and kill you if you are careless to allow them so. 

Looting - Gold coins and ingots dwell within the map just waiting to be 'borrowed'. Collect this loot to increase your score and eventually win !

Procedural Generation Loot - Minor parts of this map regarding loot are procedurally generated, spawning random ingots or coins and a random amount of them within the houses.
